meet jonas' smorre. he's a vegan!
A new addition to the Lena & Laurenz menu: Jonas’ SmOrre consists of dark bread w/ peanut butter, smoked tofu, avocado, pear, tomatoes and sesame seeds. YUM! the pear smoked tofu-combination really works for me!
At € 3,90 a piece Jonas will be a rare guest in my house, though.

vegan gossip
Friends! The Mondscheinstüberl re-opened! no, no, no, hold on, don’t get too happy.

sigh.

nothing beats presents of the vegan food kind.
carla, who happens to be awesome at all times, crossed the atlantic ocean and did not come back empty handed. she had this puppy (see above) in her bag of goodies.
now leave a comment and tell me what to do with this. spoon the fluff into my mouth? top a cake? make rice crispy treats? tell me!?
