vegan gossip: this and that

vegan baking: cookies!
i haven’t baked chocolate chip cookies in a long time. so when i saw this great and easy recipe on the PPK-blog i simply had to change that fact. these cookies are really soft and chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the edges and bottom. there really is no excuse to not make them right now.
