breakfast: fluffy pancakes
what:
1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 1/4 cups soy milk 1 tablespoon soy flour mixed with two spoons of water, mix well 3 tablespoons margarine, melted

all you can eat fondue. all vegan.
all you can eat hot water fondue (pictured above), cheese fondue and oil fondue at Formosa (can you tell this is our favourite restaurant in Vienna?).
home made quick dinner.
green and yellow peppers stuffed with quinoa, zucchini and tofu.
prepare quinoa, mix with chopped zucchini and tofu and fry the mixture
add salt, pepper and some cayenne pepper
put into halved peppers, sprinkle with cashews and olive oil
bake in oven for 30-40 minutes

roasted brussels sprouts with pecans
what
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (i used frozen ones because it’s all i had)
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 Tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
how
heat oven to 400F/200 C
on large rimmed baking sheet toss the sprouts, pecans, oil, garlic, salt and pepper
turn sprouts cut-side down
roast until golden and tender, 20-25 mins
