new product: vantastic foods' fruit grizzlies
I love gummies! I used to eat them by the sackfuls as a little one and was sad (and disgusted) when I found out what gelatin is and where it comes from. yuck! fortunately there are many vegan gummies available and a lot of them even taste great.  and then along come fruit grizzlies and make me regret I only bought the small bag. fruity, with a great bite and cute, to boot. just look at the cute...

oh glorious sugar rush!
Hip Hip Hooray HOORAY!! The wonderful Go Max Go bars made it to Austria (and Germany, too). Order them from Vegan Versand for € 1,99 a piece. If you miss chocolate bars that taste like Snickers, Milky Way and the like, you will have to sample these! It was my first time ordering from the all vegan distro and communication and packaging was good. I will definitely use them in the near future...

Mastering the Omelet!
sometimes it takes a sick (read quiet) day to muster up the courage to try a new recipe that slightly intimidates you. I have been looking at the Tofu Omelets from Vegan Brunch for months now but never really dared to stand up to the challenge. The other day I took my stuffed nose to the kitchen, though and was more than happy with the results! & the black salt cleared my nose out for a bit....
