Black Olive Cheezly Bruschetta.

I picked up some really nice ripe tomatoes and great olives and Italian bread at the market and made some quick Olive Cheezly (of the Mozzarella kind) Bruschetta for dinner. Drizzled with Greek olive oil, to boot. YUM!
