new vegan product: burger patties

*new to me that is. so don’t tell me you have known about this product for months because then i will just ask you why you haven’t told me about it yet. 

vegan burger patties from an italian company called Kioene,

€ 2,99 for 4 patties, found at Merkur 

fried them in olive oil with many spices, served them with pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, mustard and ketchup. not as “meaty” in consistency as i hoped. they crumble apart, so they won’t hold up on a bbq grill. nothing to write home about.
