the yet to be named dish
200 g broad green beans
150 g glutenloaf (or smoked tofu, seitan, tempeh)
3 medium sized potatoes
1/2 l vegetable broth (2 cups)
1 tablespoon mild paprika
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 twigs of lemon thyme (or regular thyme)
a pinch of cayenne pepper (more if you are less of a wimp than me)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
how:
saute cubed potatoes in olive oil, add pepper, tomato paste, lemon thyme and paprika, add vegetable broth, green beans, salt & pepper, cayenne pepper & gluten loaf and let simmer until all ingredients are soft and stewy and good.
enjoy with quinoa or rice or any other grain.
