vegan on a budget pt. 3

over the next few weeks i am challenging myself to be less wasteful, use all items from the pantry (yes, i have a pantry!) which will also help me to be a more creative cook, and buy vegan and organic products without spending a whole lot of cash on them.

today i went to Hofer (Aldi for our German friends) and got all this for € 15 (had a € 10 coupon, too!)

bananas, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, bread, pasta sauce, oregano, a nice big bag of buckwheat & awesome strawberry muesli bars, for the modern woman on the go! damn you, hidden honey!!
