starting Tuesday, April 14th, our favourite discounter Hofer (Aldi for you Germans) is offering cheap organic (probably possibly) vegan products for cheap.
we have our eyes on the quinoa, polenta, organic ketchup, vinegar and, well, we’ll spend an hour reading all the ingredient lists for sure.

over the next few weeks i am challenging myself to be less wasteful, use all items from the pantry (yes, i have a pantry!) which will also help me to be a more creative cook, and buy vegan and organic products without spending a whole lot of cash on them.
today i went to Hofer (Aldi for our German friends) and got all this for € 15 (had a € 10 coupon, too!)
bananas, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, bread, pasta sauce, oregano, a nice big bag of buckwheat & awesome strawberry muesli bars, for the modern woman on the go! damn you, hidden honey!!
