vegan travels: Grassroots Restaurant in Tampa, Florida

Team Vegan is currently touring NYC, rural North Carolina and Florida. While the City That Never Sleeps has vegan options, savory and/or sweet, on every corner and it would take many many weeks and many many vegan teams to sample them all, the situation is a little different in Florida’s Tampa area. So, you can imagine how eager I was to check out Grassroots Restaurant, one of the few vegan-friendly options around Tampa.
The restaurant is pleasantly casual, the clientele wonderfully mixed, service is friendly and, most importantly!, the food is great!

Everything was fresh and delicious, and I recommend you visit Grassroots when you are in the area!
